 Okayyy so this is how my resume turned out:  I had to screenshot it but I like how it turned out aesthetically. Honestly InDesign still feels like a more pretentious Google Docs, but I do like the template we used and how organized everything is. I tried to match the color scheme to be similar to my logo, although I've heard that when people look at resumes they just want a plain one, so I might not be using this for applying to jobs. I do think it helped me learn InDesign better, but I have noticed that adding text gets and dealing with the different line guides and all can get a bit difficult. 

 This week we started working with InDesign, and in class we started a resume with one of the templates. I already had a resume, and I assume most of us did, but it was still some work to copy all the information into the template, and it was pretty tedious switching between the different colors and commands.  I'm also not too sure what the purpose of InDesign is. Like, Photoshop is for editing pictures, Illustrator is more for creating and drawing and such, but if we're just putting together different documents in InDesign, can't we do that with literally anything else? Like we could do that with Adobe Acrobat or Canva or even Google Office. Maybe I missed something when it was being discussed but I'm not 100% sure why InDesign is such a big deal. I guess we'll find out when I start using it for the next assignment and the final. 

 Today the final logos were due and this is what I came up with:  It's boring and I don't care! I like it that way! The colors just popped up on my dashboard when I opened the app, and I loved them, so obviously I used them. I found one the fonts that didn't make me viscerally angry, and just made it bigger and stretched it a bit, and then made the stroke around the circle a big thicker so it would show, but not too much.  I honestly didn't have that many ideas for a logo; I think that I'm a bit too young and don't really know what I want my "personal brand" to even resemble, and that probably poses some issue when making a logo for a brand, but I couldn't think of any company to make one for, so this is what we got, and I'm fine with it.
